I can’t believe that this idea only hit me on Monday. Can it really be just TWO days ago that I decided to do this?
You see, I received two separate emails on Monday, from people like you in my community, who were struggling to stay on track with their healthy lifestyle goals.
Both these people were feeling less than fantastic, were overcome by guilt about their behaviours, and really feeling a bit lost and in need of some encouragement.
And that got me thinking. What if I could put together a NO COST yet SUPER VALUABLE and HEAPS OF FUN challenge to bring everyone together to work towards similar goals, while also providing motivation, support and useful information that will help to make their healthy habits stick.
You know what? There was no good reason that I could see as to why I shouldn’t do it.
So I am!
Every spare moment I have had the past two days has involved getting this Challenge together. I was up until midnight last night getting the sign up set up and preparing the outline for each daily challenge.
I am really proud at what I have put together and I am so excited to share it with you!

How to Join
To join, you do need to add your name to a special 21 Day Get Healthy Challenge list, which you can do by going here: http://thewellnesswarung.com/get-healthy-challenge/
You will then receive an email from me which has a button that you need to click to confirm you want to join. Then you will automatically receive another email with all the info from me that you need to participate the challenge!
What will happen in the Challenge?
The 21 Day Get Healthy Challenge starts on October 6, when every day for 21 days you will receive an email with one fun but useful task or challenge that you need to focus on that day. By the end of the 21 days you will have 21 awesome new healthy habits.
There will be worksheets, recipes and other materials all created especially for the challenge to help you reach your goals.
I am also going to have a special Facebook group for all challengers to be part of for extra support, guidance, and best of all- community!
You might be wondering why I am doing this at no cost? Well, to be honest, I really want to help as many people as I can to live happy, healthy and vibrant lives. I hate to see people struggling and getting frustrated when I know that I can help them!
I also know that not everyone can afford one-on-one coaching with me, and I see this as a way to give back to everyone in my community.
