I do mention this is the vid, but I do want to emphasise again that what works for me, may not work for you. It is all about experimenting! It has taken me years to get to the point where I know what my body likes and what it rejects and which foods make me feel good and which foods don’t.
I also have periods of time, often when travelling, when I don’t follow this way of eating. This lifestyle that I share is not fixed or permanent, and will be continually evolving as I also do. I do hope you find it interesting and insightful!
