I know it to be true that it doesn’t matter how much healthy food you eat, if you don’t treat your body with respect, if you don’t do things that light you up, if you have toxic people and unhappy situations to deal with daily- then you are never going to feel great.
So much of our emotional eating happens when we are dissatisfied with areas of our lives so that we need to use food to numb the pain and unhappiness.
